We reserve the right to refuse to work directly with a previously designed site from another designer/company. Therefore additional fees may be incurred to recode/redesign/rebuild imported sites into our preferred coding. This is for mutual long-term benefit, as our efficiency with our own code will equate to less of your money spent in maintenance.

All fees for services must be paid in advance, including incremental fees.
Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of hosting and/or suspension of work on incomplete web pages. If hosting and/or services are cancelled for any reason, any/all work/code, whether completed or incomplete, may be requested for a fee of $10 per webpage (including supplemental files).

Hourly fees are always pre-quoted and discussed with the client based on the expected time required to complete requested tasks.

Any requested change/work, regardless of duration of the task, will count as a minimum of one work hour.

If at any time during a maintenance package's defined duration additional hours are needed, two options are available: a package upgrade may be requested, or additional work at per-hour basis may be requested. We reserve the right to refuse either.

Due to a limited staff, we also reserve the right to refuse to take on new/additional workloads at any given time, beyond what has already been agreed to and been paid for. This includes (but is not limited to) the right to refuse additional hours accrued above the hours defined in pre-paid maintenance packages, and the right to refuse maintenance package upgrades.

NOTE: Once a maintenance package is chosen, both the price for that package and the going rates for additional hours at the time the package was chosen become fixed for up to 12 months after being chosen. After 12 months, the client may be subject to price changes. Specifics will be handled on a client-to-client basis. If at any time a new package is selected, the per-hour rate may be increased to the current rate, if there is a difference in hourly rates.
